Summary of the story
Sun Wukong, Tang Sanzang, Zhu Bajie, and Sha Wujing inadvertently find themselves in the Womanland of Western Liang, a nation whose inhabitants are exclusively women, raised to believe that men are fatally deceptive in matters of the heart. Despite the prevailing belief, a love affair ensues between Tang Sanzang and the young queen of Womanland, Zhao Liying, even as her royal preceptor, Gigi Leung, is determined to execute the men. As Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie, and Sha Wujing endeavor to find a way out of the nation, which is surrounded by a vast magical net, it becomes apparent that romantic love is the only means of unlocking the gate.
