Summary of the story
Located on Jeju Island, three individuals are engaged in a battle against malevolent forces that seek to annihilate the world.
Van (Kim Nam-Gil) was groomed to safeguard the world from evil and underwent rigorous training to become a formidable weapon. He currently combats evil and eliminates individuals who are possessed, devoid of displaying any emotions for his actions. However, he experiences a sense of remorse within his psyche.
Won Mi-Ho (Lee Da-Hee) hails from a family that manages a large corporation. She causes significant trouble and is exiled to Jeju Island, where she assumes the role of a teacher. Subsequently, she becomes embroiled in a case that is linked to apparitions.
Johan (Cha Eun-Woo) is a Catholic priest who performs exorcisms. His noble objective is to safeguard life and purify malevolent forces.
Goong-Tan (Sung Joon) and Van were trained to vanquish evil. However, due to an unforeseen incident, Goong-Tan becomes Van's adversary.
